Meeting the Inner Child: A Women's Experiential Course

Do you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, higly anxious or a deep sense of sadness after the festive period? Does contact and excessive interaction with certain family members trigger you and bring up old pain that keeps returning year after year and you don't seem to be able to shake it? If yes, this course may be for you.

Come with me in a powerful journey of healing, self compassion, grounding and discovery of your own very unique voice and power. In this experiential circle we will explore our anxiety, overwhelm and sense of sadness in connection to all those parts of ourselves that we call the inner child. We will meet ourselves with compassion and empathy in the presence of other women. We will share, we will connect, we will allow ourselves to be. 

In these six weeks, I will be using  a range of different tools I have succesfully and excessively used in my eight years as an integrative therapist.  We will be using mindfulness, inner child meditation, tapping and breathwork. However, I am a firm believer that the most powerful and profound tool of all is human presence.

 

This will be a small circle, with six women participating so please book your spot early. Starting date is the 10th of January with a duration of six weeks. Friday evenings from 5.30-7pm

Cost £240 which can be paid either upfront or in two instalments (One at the time of the booking and one before the course starts)
