Individual Therapy
My practice is informed mainly by the Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches along with Inner Child work, mindfulness and EMDR trauma therapy. Also, spiritual/intuitive/energetic elements are a big part of who I am as a human and very present in my therapeutic work. My areas of experience include:

I work a lot with the concept of the inner child and help my clients to get in touch with that part of themselves. This type of work usually includes mindfulness and inner child meditation.

EMDR Trauma Therapy
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and is a method of trauma therapy developed in the late 1980s by clinical psychologist Dr Francine Shapiro. EMDR is a method that accelerates the processing of traumatic, frozen memories and resolves fixed behavioural patterns. EMDR is based on the humanistic approach which assumes that humans have a natural desire to grow and to integrate experiences, a desire which can develop in a safe setting.
I have been trained in EMDR through EMDR Centre London which is a certified member of the National Counselling Society.
Fee: £80/1,5 hours
Bereavement Counselling for children/young people
In a safe therapeutic space children/adolescents can explore and process their feelings of loss and grief. With children I use a variety of therapeutic techniques like art, drawing, interactive play and activities, sand tray.
Fee: £60/session
