From a very young age, I have found great solace in the writing world. As an adult I am still looking at the world through wondrous eyes and expressing the connection I experience with nature and other humans through my poetry.

 

My creativity has been my refuge and a tool towards my personal healing. It has also been greatly inspired by my counselling work, by the hearts of all those wonderful humans who cross my office door trusting me with their tales of pain and vulnerability. In those tales lies the wonder of the human heart and I would like to thank each one of them for their tremendous courage and the source of inspiration they have been for me.
